Beef roll with provolone and tomato

Ingredients for 4 people

calf’s breast 800 g
smoked provola Tenuta Agrilat 200 g
tomato sauce 200 g
extra virgin olive oil to taste
white onion 30 g
Salt and Pepper To Taste
basil to taste

Cook the tomato puree with oil and onion for 30 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste. Spread the meat in slices and add the provola, close and cook in a pan with oil and garlic for 5 minutes, then pass it in the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes. Put the tomato sauce in the dish and add the meat with a sprig of basil.
