Paccheri with pomorodo and ricotta

Ingredients for 2 people

Buffalo Ricotta Tenuta Agrilat 100 g
Paccheri 180 g
Fresh cherry tomatoes 130 g
Extra virgin olive oil
Basil to taste
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Basil 5 g

In a pan make a bottom with oil and garlic and add the chopped tomatoes in 4, cook for 5 minutes and add the basil. Season with salt and keep. Cook the pasta al dente and mix it with the cherry tomato sauce and ricotta, add a drizzle of oil and basil and serve.
